Chelsea Long - Founder
Chelsea Long has worked for 15 years in a variety of educational settings to include public schools and residential treatment facilities. She has dedicated her work to helping ensure all students have the opportunity to access instruction and graduate to become successful members of society. Chelsea has a Master’s Degree in Special Education with an ABA certificate and has training in TBRI. Chelsea has created program settings that promote positive learning, including trauma informed practices to meet student needs. Her out of the box thinking has been instrumental in allowing students who would otherwise not graduate from high school, be able to earn a diploma as well as focus on a vocation.

Jim Long
With a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Mary-Hardin Baylor, Jim has dedicated 37 years to public education as a teacher and coach. His experience includes teaching History and Physical Education, serving as the Physical Education and Health and Wellness Coordinator for Brenham I.S.D., and coaching baseball for 22 years. Jim was honored to be inducted into the Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 2016. Throughout his career, Jim has made a positive impact on countless students.

Macy Egg
With a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from Texas State University and formal training in the Meisner Acting Technique, which emphasizes on reading behavior, Macy is able to leverage her own experiences with adversity to connect with students and their caregivers. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to transform their challenges into strengths, helping them navigate their personal mountains with resilience and confidence. Macy has been working in public education since 2016 and prior to being a Behavior Specialist for Seguin I.S.D., taught Elementary Essential Academics and Behavior for Comal I.S.D.

Grant Long
Grant Long is entering his 21st year in education, serving as the head boys basketball coach, inclusion teacher, and working in administration at Guyer High school. Grant has the privilege of getting to see the administrative side of running a campus, while also still working in inclusion giving all kids access to learning in the general setting. He has built a culture of success in his basketball program, and uses the same motivational tools for kids in the classroom. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where he earned a degree in sports management and business. Grant has his master’s degree in Education Administration and Leadership from Lamar University.
